Preserving the Harvest with Lactofermentation Workshop

What will we do
We will discuss the benefits of lactofermentation and show ways to preserve a variety of seasonal produce, like paw paw, cabbage and other fruits and vegetables, while increasing the nutrient and enzyme content of the foods.
Costs
LETS members:$10 + 20B
Non-LETS members:$30 (LETS membership included in fee if participant wishes)
(some $/B fees go to LETS Admin, some to facilitators)
Childcare available $5 or 5B per child, limited places, booking essential.
